Complex projects in protein design typically require many months (or more) of work and aim to develop novel IP around a therapeutic or other goals. These projects are structured as collaborations, involve extensive in house work at Cyrus using our software toolkit, and often iterate between dry lab and wet lab work. For example, we are collaborating with a mid-size Pharma to develop hits and improve small molecule leads. Learn more about our key areas of partnering here.
Services and Software
Cyrus works on a consulting basis to solve shorter timescale, business-critical problems. These can range from a set of protein structure prediction problems to drive a CADD small molecule program to a Rosetta-based protein stabilization for a therapeutic biologics candidate. In certain cases Cyrus delivers services via our software as a service, Bench, which can handle routine modeling tasks. We will learn more about the problem you are trying to solve and figure out a plan of action based on your specific needs.
